Market Rasen reared turkey rolled with a homemade sausage meat and fruit stuffing,

served with roast and mashed potato & cranberry gravy.

Braised Pork Belly

Pork belly with a Lincolnshire cider gravy & creamy mashed potato.

Poached Salmon Fillet

Salmon fillet poached in stock with a prawn & mustard sauce, served with new potatoes & vegetables.
